Although professional football grounds are always brilliantly lit at night, it’s often a challenge for sports clubs and groundskeepers to provide a cost effective lighting solution for nighttime matches and training sessions.
High levels of light quality and illumination, need to be combined with correct mounting heights to provide the right standard of lighting, individuals need to perform. At Right Light, we have worked hard to source a range of Sports Pitch Floodlights which meet all of the criteria for a wide range of sports grounds and teams - allowing them to play and train into the darkness.
There are a range of both mains powered and portable solutions depending on the requirements of the club. Rechargeable floodlights are ideal for grass roots clubs, utilising pitches in the winter which have no fixed lighting in place.
High wattage, mains powered LED floodlights are for larger clubs who need to play to a higher standard at night and in the winter months. These floodlights are designed with asymmetric optics to ensure all the light is hitting the pitch, reducing light pollution to surrounding areas.
Free lighting designs are available from Right Light to ensure you have the correct wattage and quantity of light fittings for the sport and the level being played before installation (for example, top tier football clubs will have different lighting requirements compared to non-league clubs).
